Lightroom OUTREACH

Lightroom is proud to sponsor a youth outreach program which enables select students from the Philadelphia school district to learn the art of photography.

Our goal is to provide a cultural and creative outlet for Philadelphia youth that makes a positive impact in their lives. The students of the Exposure Program are taught traditional photographic processes as well as digital imaging techniques. The students have exhibited their work in various venues throughout the Philadelphia area. Viewing their images lends insight into their daily lives, diverse backgrounds and experiences. Their artists’ statements reflect how they see themselves and the impact of photography in their lives.
